Sonia runs All About You, a wellness centre with suites of rooms for different practitioners - hypnotherapists, trainers, coaches. 

She works with individuals, groups and corporate clients on appearance, behaviour and communication skills through individual consultations, coaching, presentations, seminars and workshops.

Sonia also offers personal development sessions on the ABCs - Appearance, Belief, Communication and she is a licensed hypnotherapist. Other services include corporate training, "train the trainer" programmes, conflict resolution and hypnotherapy training.

Sonia's company began as a result of her own lack of confidence. She says "I felt I was a victim of life, not good enough in so many ways, I didn't look good enough, I didn't feel good enough. I lost a lot of weight and changed my appearance and immediately life looked different". 

After a stint working for Tony Robbins, she set up her business and is in the process of her third move to bigger premises. Sonia says "The public consciousness has changed and we don't have to pretend to be perfect any more. I've recently produced a video designed to assure people that it's acceptable to be fearful, angry, ashamed, these are normal emotions".

Sonia enjoys dancing, MC-ing, yoga and boxing in her spare time and volunteers at a nearby orphanage when she can.
